MidWay Music Festival

MidWay Music Festival, planned by the nonprofit: MidWay Music Speaks, celebrates & connects women in music via promotion, empowerment, and performance opportunities. Women-featured acts come together in Bloomington, Indiana for one weekend in September to celebrate their achievements and inspire other women in music to pursue their goals. We strive to create the same festival atmosphere that attendees expect from any commercial music festival, but take a few extra steps in the planning process to bring more women to the stage & create a more inclusive final product.

​In addition to creating this community of empowerment for women in music, MidWay also raises funds for a rotating not-for-profit that forward the lives of women personally and/or professionally.
